My mission is to empower you to make informed decisions about what goes in and on your body. I’m not just going to provide information. We’re going to work together to find the best course of action for your body, your situation, your needs.

I know what it’s like to feel like you want your old body back, to want your old life back, to go back to the way things were. But here’s the thing: there’s no protocol out there that can turn back time. There’s no going back. Instead, we move forward. And we do it by clearing out the junk from the past that got us where we are now.

Here’s how it works

Step 1: Assess

We will take a thorough look at possible exposures to toxins in your home. From the bedroom to the basement, no stone will go unturned.

Step 2: Implement

Based on your symptoms, lifestyle and specific interests, we will triage areas of your home and start making changes right away. Over the course of three months, and seven total sessions, your home will evolve into your sanctuary.

Step 3: Feel Better

As changes are made throughout your home, the symptom fog and confusion will begin to lift. You will be able to make decisions with confidence, and learn to recognize your body’s warning signals.
